Nuneaton & Bedworth have been told they should see the plan by June. I won't be holding my breath.

I have a nasty feeling that it'll virtually be presented as a fait accompli with no time for real consultation or consideration of differing views. - Rather like Coventry's budget cuts. There are other ways, but for their own reasons the council refuse to listen, or even hear them properly.
