Local Milk deliveries? Phone the Philippines!

Made enquiries to Dairy Crest to have my milk delivered and found I was put through to the Philippines to set up an account to have my milk delivered from my local dairies, Crazy! :eek: :confused:

I won't be dealing with Dairy Crest, I just can't hack this daft nonsense.

I try to avoid any company that uses an off-shore call centre.

In fact, I've now taken to using email and letters where I can becuase in my experience call centres are generally a waste of time.
