Did you really mean'goof' , like all the other initiatives have been?
I read the write up and it does sound promising.
I only hope that the people working in these offices have been trained in what used to be called, in the medical profession 'bedside manners' to realise that they are dealing with 'humans' and not scum who wont work.
Which has happened many times in the past few years.Some of these 'superior' people should also be reminded that they are lucky to be in a job and are not immune to joblessness.
However , now I've got rid of that-- I really hope it works.
