Anyone know a good Estate Agent? (If such a thing exists).

Hi Everyone

My Mum has just downsized and has asked me to sell her old house in Leamingon (she can do without the aggro). Unfortunately I am a bit out of the loop. Has anyone had recent dealings or knows someone who has. Any comments would be helpful either reccommendations or "stay clear at all costs."
