It seems there are talks of more strike action – this time at Fujitsu (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/8419879.stm)! Staff based in Warwick are planning a series of walk outs over pay, jobs and pensions!!

I only wish I could strike over this! Instead I am just grateful that I have a job at all! The last thing I need is to be trawling the job sites (http://www.careers-jobs.eu/) trying to find myself a new job! They are too few and far between right now and take up way more energy than I have to find!

I can understand where these people are coming from though – I mean Fujitsu have already made approx 1000 job cuts since last year! Surely they have mad enough savings from all their salaries?

I wasn't even aware that they had made that many cuts already. Can't believe it is so many.

After all that I would probably also want to strike. Would even join them out of sympathy. I count myself very lucky to still have work and don't know where I would start if I had to start searching for a new position now.

I do agree with you and feel for these people but at the moment striking does not appear to be getting anyone anywhere fast really don't you think so?

Horrible to be faced with it all at this time of year too i think don't you? It seems that everyone is having problems in one way or another this year and it is terrible if you ask me!
