The circus is coming to Coventry 11th to 16th August 2009.
The circus is being organised by BATRA (the bell green area residents and tenants association) and the Great London Circus.
We have the big job of letting everyone know the circus is in town.
How do we do that?
With 2000 shop posters,100,000 leaflets,and a radio and local newspaper advert.
The area the circus is visiting is partly run down,and therefore home to alot of underpriviledged children,many of whom would never get the opportunity to experience the magic of Circus because of a variety of reasons.
Therefore we are working very hard to make the event FREE!!!
With a 300 seat big top and 2 daily shows,the Circus doors would be open to everyone.But priority tickets would be donated to local children and community groups.
We need to raise enough money to cover the weekly running costs of the circus who wont be making any profit on the event.

If so then we have a advertising package for you.
For a minimum of £45.00 your Business name,Telephone number/Website address will appear on every poster and leaflet,newpaper advert and mentioned on the radio,plus advert in the souvenir programme and the chance to have advertising displayed at the show ground.
This is a great opportunity to advertise your Business across coventry,and build good relations with potential customers,through supporting a great community event.
The event can be verifeid by offical means,as BATRA are registered with Coventry City council who help oversea there work,and the circus has appeared at a BATRA Event before,during 2007.
