Hi everyone,

Hope you're all doing ok, and looking forward to the weekend.

Quick question please - does anyone know of any Pilates classes/groups in or around the Rugby area, on a weekday evening ?

Ken Marriott used to run 2 classes up until the change in their schedule over the summer months, but their literature says that they now only run one class on a Thursday evening, which I expect will be really really full.

There's a number of yoga or fitness classes around, but I can't seem to find anything on Pilates. Any help would be gratefully received.

Have a great weekend.

Sam

No Lex I didn't manage to find any pilates classes other than the one at the Ken Marriott. I haven't been to that yet. Planning to go along next week though.

Hi,

I know this thread hasn't been active for a while but I've just moved to Rugby recently from Australia and have started up a Sports Massage clinic, through my research I've been looking for pilates studios to refer clients to, so I thought I'd share the pilates info I've found.:
Classes:
Virgin active gym
Harmonious form pilates on Arnold st - lisa@harmoniousform.co.uk
Teachers you can contact:
Anne Simonsen - anne@inshapewithanne.co.uk

And if anyone is looking for a sports, remedial or pregnancy massage just check out my website :) :

Thanks

Thanks!

I hope your injury doesn't cause you to much distress, but you now know where to go in Rugby if it does and I'd be happy to help.

Cheers,
Alana
