Project Aim seems to be a very ambitious project and it's great that it gives teenagers the chance to qualify for a job in the construction industry. It's obvious that skilled workforce will be needed in the industry and vocational training (http://students.washington.edu/stc6/washington/schools.html) is a good way to acquire knowledge. A friend of mine is planning to do some training at Project Aim and I am curious to hear his feedback on the programme.
