While on a walk the other day from arbury to bermuda along a footpath I was walking along the edge of a fieldon my left was a building in ruins with no roads or tracks to it the garden is like a woody meadow with a stream running thorugh it... its all been leveled except thh chimney! theres all the bricks on the ground that make up the house its very spooky and intriguing if you know anything about it let me know if you dont and want to investigate your self i'll tell u were it is its a short 5 min walk from either bermuda or arbury (Round towers)

The remains :

The 'Out house' toilet with a plank with 2 holes indicating its a very old house theres an identical toilet on the opposite side of the outhouse i.e. back to back

I'd like a look at that. There's something about abandoned and derilct houses that I always find absolutely fascinating. I have some pictures of a building on the Wocester Road that's also always fascinated me.

The fact that the one you have found is in a forest, makes it all the more mysterious. Well found DJ.

more a meadow than a forest
theres also an amazingly spooky Caravan besides the M69 just outside of nuneaton that has no one living there and is now coverered in weeds and the like, it has a gas bottle nearby and has been left to rot for a fair few years whats uniquie about it is it has its own woodland plot and tiny garden adjacent to a stream i did video it if i have a pic will post here as soon as i find it!

its not easily accesible (and the footpath that runs through it is rather messy)

its a good walk from bramcote or where i walked from attleborough!!

cant see meadow thing but it looks specifically planted by the caravan guy/lady as all the trees (about 20 of them) are planted parrell to each other equally spaced
