More Speed cameras for Warwickshire?

Looking at this article. it seems WCC will be getting more money for "road safety", and while the article doesn't say the money will be spent on more cameras, it looks like that may be the outcome.

I live near an accident blackspot, yet there is no speed camera. Yet a mile or so away there is a straight piece of road which I've never known to have an accident. But you guessed it, there's a speed camera there!

Without doubt they are nothing more then revenue collectors.!!!
