Top Navbar Put back

I'm reverting the forum layout to the software's current look. Please everyone start using the top navigation, as eventually I will be removing the 'Forum Options' in the left hand column.

This is all part of a larger scheme to expand this site beyond being just a forum, as it clearly needs to be more that just a forum to get people on the site. So expect some changes and major expansions to the site over the coming months. :)

This could be interesting. Are you planning to use more advertising on here too or keeping with the uncluttered look we have now?

I will be installing google ads at some point, but they will be put in an unintrusive place. Eventually I was going to feature mini ads in individual forums. But like the main banner they would be relivant and useful ads only.

But that won't be for a while, and I certainly won't be plastering them all over the site.
