To be average is based on the perception of others and standards imposed by others. Whilst on one hand it is good to have a marker to be measured by, tests such as this don't carry rewards or penalties and certainly are not compulsory - so don't worry cathidaw, you far from being dumb you are actually a very switched on lady.
Just have fun with it. If you ar using it, it may help show the relationship between brain and reaction. They are often very different!
