Parking meters in Rugby
Free on-street parking is being abolished in Rugby town centre from October 2006 onwards. Instead we'll be getting pay-and-display machines in several streets costing visitors 20p for 30 mins or £1 for an hour. So what do the people of Rugby think about it? And to all the "outsiders", is this already happening in other parts of Warwickshire?
