The 'Thai Boat House' is the 1 you're thinking of. I've had a couple of meals there; both the food & the decor are pretty amazing.
I went for a meal at Broom Tavern near Bidford a few weeks ago. The food was excellant - proper pub fare - and the landlord & staff did really well on the welcome and service.
