Hi All,
Just thought I would let you know that if you want to learn how to destress and chill out there are drop in meditation classes every wednesday night at the Elmbank Training Centre just outside the city centre in Coventry near the Ibis Hotel.
They are 7.30 to 9pm and start with a breathing meditation to relax and then there is a chance to learn and discuss how to maintain a positive and peaceful mind .
All classes are self contained so no worries if you just want to pop along for one or come every week - all are welcome
