Nah. The word affordable anhd Stratford don't go together. The word affordable and "nice place" don't go together.
The only cheap place in Warwickshire/Coventry are the less desirable parts of Coventry and Bedworth/Nuneaton and prob Rugby. From South Coventry downwards prices seem to spiral.
Even for a run down two bed property in Earlsdon, say, you're looking at over 150K.
