How about Pilates?
I don't know of any local yoga classes but have you considered Pilates? I've been going for 2 years now and I love it! It's all floor-based exercises which help tone up the body and is especially good for strengthening back muscles. However, sometimes parts of your body ache that you didn't even know existed! There are always at least two levels for each exercise so you work at your own pace and it's suitable for all ages. It suits me as I'm not motivated enough to go to a gym. It's on at Ken Marriott Sports Centre on Tuesdays 9.30-10.30am or 7-8pm (£3.50) and I think Dragons have classes too. Hope this helps...
